Marvel Phase 3 Scoop – Spoiler Alert!

On the big game night, Latino Review, came out with an explosive story about the future of the Marvel Universe movies.

For those of you who don’t know, Marvel divides their film franchise by what they call “Phases”. Each of these Phases spans a number of films that are intertwined by a greater story arch and concludes in a massive superhero mash-up film known as The Avengers. In 2012, The Avengers wrapped the first phases in the Marvel saga and now a new phase is set to begin with Iron Man 3.

During the Super Bowl, news broke out that there are huge plans for the Hulk in phases 2 and 3! Spoilers Ahead!

I'm listening...

According to the report, during the final act of Avengers 2 (2015) Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk will be shipped off unwillingly into space by the Avengers themselves. This is due to how dangerous Hulk can be thanks to his anger management issues. As a consequence, Latino Review is saying that the Hulk will get a well deserved film for Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe based on the comic-book Planet Hulk. Hulk is set to land in this mysterious planet, gets captured by the native alien species, is forced to fight as a gladiator and in the end gain his freedom.

As mentioned previously, the Marvel phases intertwine a group of films together with a larger story arch. This report thus concludes that for Avengers 3, the Hulk will return to Earth with a thirst for vengeance! How cool is that? This third Avengers film would be based on the comic book series World War Hulk.

I have read none of these but it truly sounds like movie fun! Mark Ruffalo has been signed on to appear in six Marvel movies and boy was he well received by critics and fans around the world. The Avengers marked his first appearance as Doctor Bruce Banner (The Hulk) and so we shall have the privilege of seeing him on-screen a few more times. I’m all for it!

What do you guys think? Let me know!
